Alex has worked with personal computers in a business context for over 30 years. He is interested in how computers can be used to not only improve existing business processes but how technology can be used to create entirely new opportunities (business and otherwise). He is fascinated by the challenges of information systems design (how information is structured, stored, and shared) and how people use technology. He enjoys translating technical computer jargon into regular English so non-technical customers can understand the options and make the best decisions for their needs.

Alex enjoys sports, reading, binge-watching television, tinkering with technology, and spending time with his family and their quirky dog, Maya.
